I moved to Maui in 1969 when I was just 5 years old. I first lived with my Grandparents at their farm in Keokea and then to other areas of Kula, Pukalani, Makawao, Kihei, Lahaina, Haiku, Kahului, and Wailuku! As such I know all areas of the island, the communities and culture, history, dynamics, and real estate quite well.

My real estate related experience began in 1989. I worked with an attorney that specialized in real estate, in mortgage lending as a Sr. Loan Consultant, in building and construction, and to present Real Estate Sales and Purchases. The knowledge and skill I gained from these work experiences are very beneficial to my clients in both representation & advocacy for Buyers and Sellers.

This foundation coupled with my work ethic of being proactive, detail oriented, dedicated, and effective in helping my clients accomplish their goals moved me up in ranks quite quickly and by my third year in my real estate brokerage at that time I became the third top producer in the brokerage behind only two that were on a project.

Having earned the reputation of extensive knowledge of all aspects of real estate, diligent representation, effective negotiation skills, and exceeding expectations earns me many word of mouth referrals, a true testament of problem solving and accomplishing goals.  You can expect and will receive thorough communication every step of the way. For my Sellers, I help to prepare their properties so they show best, have a comprehensive marketing plan that puts their property out in multiple ways locally, nationally, & internationally, effective selling during showings, providing sound information to make educated decisions, and creating an atmosphere of cooperation to work with Agents and their Buyer Clients.

For my Buyers, I educate them on the market, assist them with their lender, share strategies on how to get an Offer accepted, and assist them with all of their due diligence and the processes of the Purchase Contract & Contingencies so they can move forward with comfort and confidence. Another important element is being able to effectively work with multiple parties – the agent on the other side, appraiser, lender, title co., surveyor, pest inspector, home inspector, contractor, cesspool inspector, cleaners, etc.
