We’ve bought and sold many houses, but Jaimie is the best realtor we’ve ever had, hands down! And yes we’ve had great realtors over the years. First and foremost Jaimie knows her craft and is extremely detail oriented. Her negotiating skills are TOPNOTCH! The market timing of our sale was really tough, but she still worked everything out to get us a great price. She knew the value of the property and didn't try to get us to settle just to make less work for herself. She definitely kept our best interests at heart. Our situation was different because our family moved off island prior to the sale of the house and numerous things still needed to be taken care of. Jaimie just served and loved our family by literally handling everything that we weren’t able to take care of, and there was a lot. Prior to our departure, she spent hours helping us set up and run a garage sale. After we left, she arranged for landscaping and when they didn’t complete the job, she handled it herself for several months. She met with several cleaning companies, got bids, and negotiated a great deal for us. She also helped clean the house herself. She did the same with the termite companies and arranged for the house to be tented. She handled situations with our renters. She personally staged the house. She held numerous open houses and always kept us informed about potential buyers and market conditions. She thought ahead for future potential issues and took care of them. We never had to worry about the property or that everything wasn’t being handled with the greatest amount of care. On a personal note, we had many fruit trees in the yard and would give fruit to all the neighbors and other family and friends. Jaimie knew this, and right before closing, Jaimie took the last crop of fruit to all our neighbors and put some out for family to pick up. She did this of her own accord because she is so kindhearted and knew it would make us very happy. She also thoughtfully made keepsake photos and videos for us. This was a family home built from the ground up, and she has provided some very special memories for us. Jaimie was simply “AMAZING!” We cannot communicate clearly enough how blessed we were to have Jaimie as our realtor. We will be forever grateful for how she treated and loved our family!
