I viewed the following properties listed on the Maui MLS and which are high end distinctive North Shore, Maui Properties:

131 Apuwai Way, List Price $2,299,000, MLS #377793, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2,772 SF Living, and 2.016 Acres Land Size.   Here is the MLS Info.:  131 Apuwai Way, Haiku, Maui    It has a nice park like setting on the all usable land and the separate bedroom suites with separate lanais provides for private living.

80 Hale Pili Way, Aina O Ka Hale Pili, List Price $4,469,000, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, 4,158 SF Living, and 4.2430 Acres Land Size.  Here is the MLS Info.:  80 Hale Pili Way, Haiku, Maui  Hale Pili Way is a short road along the ocean front off of N. Holokai Road, Haiku, Maui.  This property has alot of lanai space for outdoor living at its dramatic ocean front, beautiful crystal light fixtures, a separate artist’s studio, & lovely architecture.  This home is a more formal type of construction and living, but could be modified with interior design if island style is more desired.

40 Hale Pili Way, Aina O Ka Hale Pili, List Price $4,888,000, 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, 5,239 SF Living, and 2.0030 Acres Land Size.  Here is the MLS Info.:  40 Hale Pili Way, Haiku, Maui

I especially liked 40 Hale Pili Way, besides the stunning ocean front, lap pool, covered lanai, walls that open to that view, it has a very well designed floorplan with make sense rooms, for example the master suite is by itself at one wing and has a complete walk in closet room! (not closet), master bath with walls that open up the beautiful country with a large soaking tub, a screened in dining area off of the kitchen, built in counters and cabinets, wet bar, bonus rooms, and height and light throughout.  This is brand new construction and a must see if you’re in the 5 million range price point.

 

2175 Hana Highway, List Price $4,940,000, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, 3,756 SF Living, and 1.35 Acres of Land.   MLS 377316.  This property does have beautiful ocean views, but is closer to the highway, and it appears a good portion of the land may be the slope going down to the ocean.  Nevertheless, if someone wants to be closer to Paia, this may be an option.
