Yesterday at the Wailea Caravan I viewed 4 properties.
How one would use their property is really important – primary residence, second home, or investment property for short term or long term rentals and what is allowed at the condo complex.
Some properties allow short term rentals and others do not.
Of particular interest to me is Wailea Fairway Villas W-101 which is listed by my company Maui Real Estate Advisors LLC. It’s a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 949 square feet, private and quiet unit with a park like setting of a huge lawn and gorgeous ocean views fronting the lanai. The asking price is only $665,550. Under 700K for a Wailea Condo! Short Term Vacation Rentals are not allowed.
Another very pretty condo is Kai Malu No. 70A with stunning ocean views. It’s a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 1,796 square feet, top row corner unit. There are over 300K in upgrades and furnishings as well as Photo Voltaic. Short Term rentals are not allowed. The asking price is 1.795 million. For the discerning buyer that wants a condo and not a house, this is a true gem.
